The Medi has received several grant awards through our promotion of health equity across patient-centered neighborhoods. We proudly continue to partner with many community-based organizations around us to develop a culture of collaboration through education and technology.

Community Forums

Since 2013, we have produced educational forums highlighting the work of organizations to improve health outcomes and promote health equity. Forums were held with over 200–400 people in attendance.
